Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall excellent guest experience.

• Serving guests beer through a draft system, as well as selling brewery merchandise, and packaged beer

• Eager and willing to learn about beer and share that knowledge with others.

• Using a Point-of-Sale System to ring up credit transactions, as well as managing open bar tabs.

• Politely but firmly enforcing tasting room & brewery rules and local regulations

• Ensuring that the tasting room and grounds, including the parking lot, and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepped before and after each shift.

• Working closely with Tasting Room Manager and Shift Leads and helping wherever needed.

• Bartending when the taproom is open to the public & during special events.

• Provide a great customer experience & creates brand loyalty

• Working 3-4 weekends per month, 15-30 hours a week

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds.

• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours

• Can work in both hot and cold temperatures.
